Toolkit Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for DBT Implementation Toolkit

  1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of the DBT Implementation Toolkit provided by British Isles DBT Training.

  1. Definitions
  • Toolkit: The DBT Implementation Toolkit which includes various resources, discounts, and     access to training and conferences.
  • Subscriber: An individual or organization that purchases subscription to the Toolkit.
  • Team/team size: Maximum team size per Toolkit subscription is ten practitioners. Additional Toolkits must be purchased for each team of up to ten practitioners.
  1. Subscription and Payment
  • The annual subscription cost for the Toolkit is £1,200 (excl. VAT).
  • Up-front, full payment required,
  • Business Debit cards incur a transaction fee of 2.5%.
  • 2-year subscription £2280, 3-year subscription £3240, 4-year subscription £4080
  1. Discounts and Savings
  • Discount applies to all biDBT-run workshops and training events with no limit on usage.  Discounts do not apply to workshops with guest speakers.
  • Discounts on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Intensive Training™ increase with the number of places booked, with the seventh place offered for free.
  1. Renewals, Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Month 11 we will contact your team with a report on how your toolkit was implemented, we will also send an invoice for the following 12-month subscription.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once we receive payment, and materials have been shipped.
  • Cancellations can be made at any time, but part refunds are not available.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • British Isles DBT Training reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official website.
  1. Limitation of Liability  
  • British Isles DBT Training is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Toolkit.
  1. Governing Law  
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
  1. 9. Payment Terms
  • All invoices must be settled by the specific due date on your invoice.
  1. Contents
  • Two complimentary places at the Society for DBT Annual Conference.  Contact info@dbt-training.co.uk, or sign up here – https://www.dbt-training.co.uk/. Additional benefits include one free foundation training place or one free upgrade place upon renewal.
  • The Toolkit includes various DBT resources such as mindfulness tools, DBT Skills Training   Handouts, and key DBT literature. Contact us at – info@dbt-training.co.uk for a link to access our online video library.
  1. Priority Access to Team and Program Consultation
  • Charged from £100 per hour (Excluding VAT). Please contact us for more information Contact info@dbt-training.co.uk

British Isles DBT Training reserve the right to substitute trainers and/or move venues or postpone and reschedule courses. This will only be done in exceptional circumstances, and all attendees will be notified as soon as the decision has been made. If attendees are unable to attend a rescheduled event, they will be given full credit to be used against a future training course.

  1. Your Data

The data you enter on this form will be kept until 6 months after your subscription ends. Your data will be used to:

  • Invoice the entity that you specify
  • Contact the team members that you specify and send them individual forms
  • Stay in contact with you in the event of issues with your application
  • Other administrative activity strictly relevant to this course

If you agree to receive marketing communications, your contact information, specifically will additionally be held until you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list (which you should be able to do at the bottom of any email correspondence we send you not relating to this course). We will use this to:

  • Contact you about relevant courses you may be interested in, including potential discounts and easier booking options for future courses
